PROTEIN MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein Powder (any flavor of your choice)
1 ripe banana
1 Tbsp almond milk
1 Tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS

  1. Coat the inside of a large mug with cooking spray.
  2. Add the banana to the mug and mash with a fork until it becomes a paste or has a smooth consistency.
  3. Add in the protein powder, nut butter, milk, baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate chips. Stir until you form a batter-like consistency.
  4. Microwave in 60 second increments, paying attention to your mug cake. Make sure it doesn't rise and spill out of the top. Cook time may vary. Typically, 2-3, 60 second increments will get you the desired consistency.

Optional Toppings (not include in macros): Berries, chocolate syrup, honey, chocolate chips, whipped cream, & nuts.
